Products are digital downloads, so please review each product page before purchasing.

Digital downloads

Because products are delivered immediately and can be copied, purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded.

Every product page lists the outcome, full contents, file formats, and license so you can confirm the fit in advance.

If a file is missing, damaged, or will not open, contact us and we will resend or repair it. If it cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product, or purchase of a product already included in a bundle you own, are refunded on request.
